• How do I pay for a service manual?
  
  Click on the orange ADD TO CART button on any product page.
  This will bring you to your shopping cart.
  Click on the orange CHECK OUT button.
  You will see two payment options.
  
  I Have a Paypal account
  Log into your account to pay
  
  Enter your Paypal email address and Paypal password
  Click on the orange LOG IN button.
  Review and place your order.
  Wait 5-10 seconds to be forwarded to our secure download page.
  
  I Don't have a Paypal account
  Pay with your debit or credit card as a Paypal guest
  
  Click on this link.
  Complete this form like any online credit card order.
  Click on the orange REVIEW AND CONTINUE button.
  Review and place your order.
  Wait 5-10 seconds to be forwarded to our secure download page.
  
  
• How do I download a service manual?
  
  On our secure download page (you will be automatically forwarded there immediately after payment) you will see a link to download your service manual along with a bunch of other interesting information you should read.
  
  Click on the download link and wait for a pop-up screen that offers OPEN and SAVE options. Select SAVE and another screen will pop-up with your computers file manager page showing. Select the location where you would like to SAVE your new service manual (normally the DOCUMENTS or DOWNLOAD location) and click SAVE. Wait for the download to complete and then select OPEN. That's it!
  
  
• I was not forwarded to the download page?
  
  It normally takes 5-10 seconds to be forwarded to our download page and many folks just can't wait and hit the "Back" or "Home Page" button and leave the transaction too early. Not a problem! Within seconds after every order we will automatically send you an email with a copy of the download link in it. Make sure you have brssm.com in your "safe" email settings if you use a SPAM filter of any kind.
  
  
• I never received an email with the download link in it?
  
  #1 Look in your SPAM and JUNK mail folders. We did send it and most likely it is there.
  
  #2 If you still can't find the automated download email from us send us an email with the exact name and email address used on the order and we will send you another copy of the download email.
  Do not call for this. Email from our contact page.
  
  
• I have the link but cannot get it to download?
  
  If you received the link but cannot get the download started, right click on the link and select SAVE. Tell it where to locate the file and then click save or ok.
  
  
• I downloaded the file but it will not open?
